Upbit's XRP holdings fell to about 6.43 billion tokens, hitting the lowest level in two months.

The Crypto Basic, a blockchain media outlet, reported on July 25 that Upbit's XRP holdings were at their lowest level since May as XRP withdrawals continued.

Upbit currently holds about 6.43 billion XRP. That is down about 85 million from a recent peak of about 6.515 billion recorded on May 30. Upbit still holds the most XRP among major exchanges, with current holdings about 2.47 times Binance's level.

Binance's XRP holdings also declined over the same period. Binance held about 2.6 billion XRP as of July 24, while this year's peak was about 2.8 billion recorded on March 17. That is down about 200 million, or 7.1 percent, from the peak.

Bithumb showed a different trend. Bithumb currently holds about 1.83 billion XRP, close to its level on May 30.

Trends diverged clearly by exchange. Upbit fell to a multi-month low and Binance stayed below its March peak. Bithumb, by contrast, has almost recovered to its late-May level. A decline in holdings alone cannot determine XRP's transfer path. The data alone makes it difficult to confirm whether holders moved XRP to self-custody wallets, transferred it to other exchanges, or moved it through other market channels.

Prices also weakened. XRP fell to as low as $1.08 at one point last week and remains 70 percent below its previous peak. There was also a signal that selling regained the upper hand after XRP failed to hold a recent local high of $1.16 recorded on July 21. XRP has since posted three consecutive sessions of intraday declines, and the possibility remains of a fourth straight daily close lower.

Buying momentum also weakened. On the daily chart, the relative strength index rose to 56.78 on July 22 and then continued to fall, and is now around 45.18. That suggests upward momentum has weakened over the past few sessions. If selling continues to hold market leadership, XRP may test again around $1.05, near the low recorded on July 13.

XRP has also traded within a downward channel since July 2025. If the pattern continues, the price could slide to the $0.8 to $0.9 range where the channel's lower trendline sits. That area was suggested as a support zone or a potential level for a bottom to form in the current downtrend.

With XRP holdings falling at Upbit and Binance alongside price weakness, the market is watching exchange-by-exchange fund movements and whether the $1.05 support level holds as the next focal points.
