KB Kookmin Bank is moving to support small and medium-sized companies' digital management environment by linking an HR management platform with financial services.

KB Kookmin Bank said on July 8 it signed a business agreement with ITCEN Core, operator of the HR management platform Nomu365, for management innovation at SMEs.

Nomu365 is a cloud-based HR management platform tailored to small business owners and SMEs. It supports automation of HR and labour tasks such as clock-in and clock-out records, attendance management and payroll calculation. Based on objective attendance data, it can also be used to manage labour risks by reflecting actual working hours.

Under the agreement, the two companies will link ITCEN Core's HR management platform with KB Kookmin Bank's embedded finance services.

They plan to expand services so users can use not only employment contract signing, attendance management and issuance of HR certificates but also fund management functions such as salary transfers, account inquiries and cash collection on a single platform.

A KB Kookmin Bank official said the combination of the HR management platform and financial services would be an opportunity to improve work convenience for SME customers. The official said the bank would continue to expand digital-based corporate financial services.
