[Digital Today reporter Chi-gyu Hwang (황치규)] Career tech company Saramin said on Tuesday it signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Vinolabs, operator of the university life platform Everytime, focused on providing an environment for university students to explore and prepare their careers before starting job searches.

The two companies plan to pursue cooperation across areas including enhancing user experience through platform feature partnerships, business partnerships such as combining products and services, curating part-time job postings tailored to university student lifestyles, and expanding joint marketing and content production. As a first step, they will provide Saramin-tailored recruitment information content within the Everytime app.

Saramin said the agreement goes beyond simply linking recruitment information. It said it aims to build a "life-cycle career care" system spanning from university entry through campus life, part-time work, studying abroad and language training, job preparation and first employment, and then job changes and career transitions.

Saramin CEO Hyun-soon Hwang (황현순) said, "If Saramin's AI technology and recruitment data combine with the competitive strength of the Everytime platform, which has accumulated the daily lives of South Korean university students, we will be able to set a new standard in the youth career market." He added, "We will develop it into a career lifecycle platform that organically connects university students, international students and alumni graduates to provide the opportunities and information needed at each stage of personal growth."
