4Space Lab said on Sunday it will work with global cloud managed services firm Bespin Global to supply AI operations infrastructure based on the Google Cloud ecosystem, tailored for franchises.
4Space Lab plans to expand supply of Pure Enterprise, a built AI operations system for franchise headquarters. Bespin Global will support Pure Enterprise so it can be smoothly linked with the Google ecosystem.
4Space Lab recently signed a contract with franchise brand Yamsaem Gimbap as the first adoption case for Pure Enterprise.
Pure Enterprise consists of 4 layers spanning data collection to AI analysis. The first layer, the Data Pure Data Pipeline, gathers and refines internal data such as headquarters quality inspections, communication and contracts, as well as external data such as POS, delivery apps and ordering, into one place.
The second layer, the Google Cloud Gemini Enterprise dedicated model, is an AI for headquarters that runs only on franchise headquarters security data. It uses natural-language queries to analyse profit and loss and abnormal signs at franchise outlets. The third is a Google Workspace-based collaboration environment. It allows employees and supervisors (SV) to access unified data in real time. The final layer, the headquarters operations system, boosts operating efficiency by standardising store monitoring, optimisation of supervisors' work and processes for responding to the Franchise Business Act.
Seung Young-wook (승영욱), CEO of 4Space Lab, said the franchise industry generates vast amounts of data every day but still lacks operating infrastructure that can effectively integrate and use it. He said the company will begin in earnest to shift franchise headquarters work to an AI-based operating system, starting with this contract. He said it also plans a phased expansion to a multilingual operations infrastructure to enter the global master franchise market.
