AI company Datasolution said on Sunday it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with NH Nonghyup Bank to commercialise a middleware integrated management portal.
The companies aim to expand their capabilities in operating and managing middleware in the financial sector into a commercial solution for the market. They plan to target the financial industry first and then expand in stages to public and private sectors.
Datasolution said the middleware integrated management portal is a solution planned by NH Nonghyup Bank and developed by Datasolution since 2024. It provides an integrated environment that collects and manages operating information from various middleware engines in one place. It automatically detects abnormal signs to encourage preventive maintenance and applies AI to reduce administrators' operational burden.
The companies plan to use the agreement to enhance the solution's completeness, focusing on integrated monitoring, anomaly detection and alerts, and AI-based analysis functions. They also plan to refine a commercial customer support system. They will also secure scalability and interoperability tailored to financial regulations and security requirements to support stable operation in the early stages of adoption.
Park Hyung-soo (박형수), vice president of Datasolution, said, "Based on Datasolution's technological capabilities, we will spread the value of improving middleware operational efficiency and management innovation to more customers."
