Gabia said on Tuesday it signed an MOU with proptech company Duresining, AI language processing company Easimeta and real estate data company Korea Databank to jointly build AI services for real estate and commercial districts.

The four companies plan to cooperate by dividing the full process from service development to sales, including infrastructure provision, platform planning, AI engine development and data supply. They aim for an integrated business that links the entire process, from infrastructure build-out to sales, into a single model.

They will first develop and provide an "LLM commercial district vitality index" that analyses multidimensional data such as floating population, sales, business types and closure rates and presents it as a single indicator. They also plan to build an "LLM integrated real estate information platform" that guides users through legal regulations, price forecasts and actual transaction prices via a conversational interface.

In the partnership, Gabia will be responsible for infrastructure and procurement. It will operate GPU and NPU-based LLM inference infrastructure and provide a CSAP-certified public cloud that meets public 기관 security and network separation requirements.

The four companies also plan to jointly participate in government-backed projects within the year. Over the mid to long term, they plan to pursue platform exports to the global smart city market and to additionally develop service models tailored to global regulatory environments.

Dae-won Jung (정대원), a managing director at Gabia, said it was meaningful that specialist companies in each field had joined forces to provide AI services that public and financial institutions can use with confidence. He said Gabia would actively support the consortium's technical cooperation based on its infrastructure competitiveness.
