Albamon, a part-time job platform operated by Worksphear, unveiled its summer season brand campaign, 'Part-time work means Albamon,' on Sunday.
The company said the campaign goes beyond its existing 'RESPECT' message calling for respect for workers and underscores its role as a brand that presents standards for choosing part-time jobs with confidence.
Albamon plans to strengthen its identity within the category message, 'Part-time work is Albamon,' through a trust-based verification system using a 'four-point safety checklist'.
The four-point safety checklist covers company verification (confirmation of business registration certificate and Korea Credit Rating), confirmation of enrollment in the four major social insurance programmes (linked to information from the Korea Workers' Compensation and Welfare Service), a commitment to prepare an employment contract, and completion of sexual harassment prevention training.
Albamon grants a 'four-point safety' badge to job postings that pass the checklist to help job seekers check job-related information before applying.
Kim Ji-won (김지원), chief growth officer at Worksphear, said part-time work can be someone's first experience in society and the campaign aims to convey the importance of standards job seekers should check when choosing a job. She said 'Part-time work means Albamon' is not just an advertising slogan but another name for a promise Albamon has kept over a long period so job seekers can find work with confidence.
