USDT0, an omnichain Tether solution, surpassed $100 billion on June 25 local time.

According to a recent report by The Block, USDT0 project co-founder Lorenzo Romagnoli (로렌조 로마뇰리) said it achieved the milestone 530 days after its January 2025 launch, calling it the fastest-growing stablecoin to date.

USDT0 is a stablecoin pegged 1:1 with USDT and is designed to be easily deployed across various blockchain frameworks. It is currently integrated and operating natively on 23 chains.

USDT0 can also be used in 6 legacy deployment environments through Mesh, a compatibility layer that connects tokens for transfers on older blockchains not officially supported by USDT0. About $4.1 billion of USDT0 is in circulation, with Arbitrum, Polygon and the Plasma blockchain backed by Tether as key deployment venues. Ethereum’s base layer is the most active deployment channel by bridge deposits and withdrawals.

USDT0 developer Everdawn Labs has also launched XAUt0, an omnichain version of Tether’s gold-pegged stablecoin.

Everdawn Labs maintains close ties with Tether, Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino, and LayerZero Labs, which supports the cross-chain technology standard Omnichain Fungible Token.
