NH Investment & Securities has introduced investment information video content using artificial intelligence (AI). It aims to improve investor access by converting text-based investment information into video.

NH Investment & Securities said on June 25 it has unveiled its AI-based video content, "N2, SIGNAL".

N2, SIGNAL features an AI-created virtual person, "Seo A-in", who explains investment information in an easy-to-understand way. NH Investment & Securities will use it to pursue an AI transformation (AX) that converts investment information previously provided mainly in text, such as research reports and newsletters, into video content.

The content is produced based on investment reports published by NH Investment & Securities' research center. AI consultant Seo A-in delivers professional investment content through natural pronunciation, facial expressions, eye movement and lip-sync technology.

N2, SIGNAL will be provided twice a month on NH Investment & Securities' mobile trading system (MTS), its official YouTube channel and at branches. Customers who are not familiar with digital environments or prefer offline consultation can access the content at NH Investment & Securities branches nationwide.

An NH Investment & Securities official said, "We will actively adopt AI technology and quickly shift to content tailored to customers' level," adding, "We will continue to provide differentiated digital financial services."
