Shinhan Bank will continue its long-term financial partnership with the Gil Medical Foundation. It plans to provide stable fund management and financial support services for employees as the foundation’s main bank, and to expand cooperation in digital financial services.

Shinhan Bank said on June 18 it signed a memorandum of understanding with the Gil Medical Foundation on June 17 at the Women’s Cancer Hospital of Gachon University Gil Medical Center in Namdong-gu, Incheon, to promote mutual development.

Shinhan Bank and the Gil Medical Foundation signed the agreement based on a long-standing cooperative relationship. The two institutions agreed to extend their main-bank partnership and strengthen the basis for cooperation for joint development.

Shinhan Bank plans to provide comprehensive financial services as the Gil Medical Foundation’s main bank, including fund management and financial support for employees.

It also plans to expand cooperation on digital-based services so the hospital and its employees can use financial transactions more conveniently.
