Baedal Minjok and Pizza Hut Korea agree to work together to strengthen their presence in the delivery market through platform cooperation. Baemin operator Woowa Brothers says it signs a strategic memorandum of understanding with PH Korea, the Pizza Hut Korea franchise headquarters, on Tuesday.

The partners plan and execute strategies tailored to the Baemin platform. They plan to cooperate to boost online business through sales of Baemin-only planned menu items, major promotions, brand-store operations and linked marketing. They will also roll out marketing campaigns tied to new menu launches and key seasons to expand consumer benefits.

Boosting franchisee sales is also a key task of the agreement. The companies aim to improve franchisees' online-channel revenue through brand-store operations on Baemin and menu optimisation. They also agree to share key operating indicators and customer data to improve service quality and raise customer satisfaction.

Kim Ji-hoon (김지훈), head of business division at Woowa Brothers, says he hopes the partnership will become a meaningful opportunity for growth for both companies. He says it will continue to expand partnerships that can deliver valuable experiences for both customers and franchise owners.
