The second Korea Medical Soccer League (KMSL) tournament, a nationwide soccer competition for aspiring medical professionals, ended with Chung-Ang University College of Pharmacy winning the title.

The tournament was hosted by Medical Today and run by the Jecheon City Football Association. It drew 18 teams from medical, dental, oriental medicine and pharmacy schools nationwide. Participating schools included Seoul National University College of Medicine, Yonsei University Wonju College of Medicine, Kyung Hee University College of Dentistry and Chung-Ang University College of Pharmacy.

The final was played on May 24 at Field 3 of the Jecheon Football Center, with Chung-Ang University College of Pharmacy facing Seoul National University College of Medicine. The match ended 0-0 in regulation and remained scoreless after extra time. Chung-Ang won 4-2 in a penalty shootout to claim the title. The champions received a trophy and 2,000,000 won in prize money.

Chung-Ang captain Doyeon Hwang (황도연) said the unity between juniors and seniors was the driving force behind the win. He said substitutes also cheered together to lift the team atmosphere. Seoul National University captain Hyungwoo Kim (김형우) said it was disappointing after aiming for back-to-back titles as the inaugural champion. He said he was grateful and offered congratulations to Chung-Ang University College of Pharmacy for a hard-fought match. The runner-up received 1,000,000 won. Kyung Hee University College of Dentistry finished third and received 500,000 won.

In individual awards, Sunho Choi (최선호) of Chung-Ang University College of Pharmacy was named MVP, and Jaehyun Lee (이재현), who scored 4 goals, won the top scorer award. The coach award went to Seoul National University College of Medicine coach Hyunrak Kim (김형락). The third tournament is set to be held in 2027.
