Coocon said on Monday it has launched We-Bridge, a solution that automatically submits supporting documents required for loan and insurance contract processes without face-to-face contact. The company said users can submit various public documents with identity verification, improving convenience for financial consumers and work efficiency for financial firms at the same time.

We-Bridge is a service that digitises the entire process from document requests to automatic collection and submission, based on Coocon’s data linkage technology with public and financial institutions.

We-Bridge simplifies procedures by allowing users to submit required documents immediately after accessing a submission link and completing identity verification, without installing a separate app.

Documents that can be submitted include resident registration copies and extracts, income amount certificates, health insurance qualification and coverage status certificates, business registration certificates, and real estate registry copies, among more than 13 types.

Institutions adopting the service can select required documents through an administrator console and send a submission link to customers via KakaoTalk notification messages or text messages (SMS). Submission status can be checked in real time, and the service also supports viewing original PDF files and one-click resending.

Coocon is targeting small and mid-sized credit finance firms, law firms and labour consulting firms as key customer groups, and plans to expand the service to a wider range of industries.

Kim Jong-hyun (김종현), Coocon’s CEO, said, "This service simplifies the document submission process that financial consumers find most cumbersome." He added, "We will continue to advance the service so that various companies can gain the benefits of improving customer experience and increasing contract conversion rates through work automation."
