The Broadcast Media Communications Commission said on Thursday it has opened a second call for applications for its broadcast advertising production support programme for small and medium-sized enterprises, with submissions accepted through June 1.
The call will select 2 innovative SMEs and support their TV advertising. Selected companies will receive up to 45 million won, within 50 percent of production costs. The programme will also provide professional marketing consultations on planning, producing and using broadcast advertising.
Radio advertising was excluded from this call because all 8 companies planned for selection were chosen in the first call.
The commission selected 23 SMEs and 114 small business owners as recipients of broadcast advertising support in the first round of the programme in March to April.
