K Bank said on Tuesday that, to mark the new year, its ONE check card will apply the unlimited public transport flat-rate pass 'Everyone's Card'. The 'Everyone's Card' applied to the ONE check card is the government's new unlimited public transport flat-rate pass introduced for the new year.

Under the existing K-Pass, the number of monthly discounts was capped at 60, but 'Everyone's Card' refunds all transport spending that exceeds the refund threshold. For example, for the Seoul metropolitan area public transport standard type (total fare per trip under 3,000 won), all transport costs exceeding 62,000 won per month can be refunded.

Public transport services that were not covered by the climate companion card, such as the Shinbundang Line and GTX, are also eligible for refunds, and the pass can be used nationwide, not only in the Seoul metropolitan area. 'Everyone's Card' is automatically applied to all customers who use the existing K-Pass with the ONE check card.

The three basic cashback benefits - 'All of Us Cashback', 'More Cashback Here' and '369 Cashback' - will also continue, with no performance conditions and no annual fee, along with 'VIP Cashback', which can add up to a maximum of 2 percent.

'All of Us Cashback' offers up to 1.1 percent cashback anywhere. 'More Cashback Here' provides 5 percent cashback every time customers pay in categories including convenience stores, cafes, delivery, OTT, movies and telecommunications. If customers choose '369 Cashback', they receive 1,000 won back each time the number of payments of at least 10,000 won reaches a multiple of 3.

'VIP Cashback', added in the second half of last year, is a promotion for customers who use the ONE check card as their primary card. Customers who achieve at least 500,000 won in spending in the previous month are offered an opportunity to receive up to 2 percent additional cashback at offline merchants and on Coupang.
