LG Uplus has successfully concluded its "Hwadam Forest Invitation Day" event for long-term customers.
LG Uplus on April 27 invited 3,000 long-term customers to Hwadam Forest in Gwangju, Gyeonggi Province, a popular spring destination, for an experience event. Hwadam Forest is a popular attraction that operates on a fully advance reservation system with a daily cap on visitors.
The invitation event was part of LG Uplus' year-round "long-term customer invitation program". Centered on its flagship membership program "Youpl Two Plus", the company is expanding dedicated benefits and experience-based events exclusively for long-term customers.
LG Uplus will also hold an event for long-term customers in May through Legoland's "Lego Run". Lego Run is a marathon event in which participants run a 5 km lakeside course around Jungdo in Chuncheon, Gangwon Province, together with Lego characters. The company will continue to expand touchpoints with long-term customers throughout the year, focusing on a range of cultural and leisure content.
Jang Jun-young (장준영), head of LG Uplus' marketing group and an executive director, said, "This year we are focusing our marketing capabilities on providing long-term customers with tangible benefits and experiences." He added, "We will work to give customers confidence in their choice through differentiated experience-based benefits."
