The Ministry of Science and ICT's Korea Post said on April 17 it will conduct a nationwide survey through April 30 to improve postal services.

The survey consists of questions designed to gather views on customer satisfaction with postal services such as mail acceptance and delivery, proposed institutional reforms to improve convenience, and adoption of new technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI).

Anyone interested in postal services can take part by scanning a QR code on notices posted on Korea Post's website and social media. Korea Post plans to select 100 participants by raffle and provide smartwatches and Korea Post Shopping gift certificates.

Park In-hwan (박인환), head of Korea Post, said postal services have been an administrative service widely used by the public for more than 140 years. He said it will work to create convenient postal services that anyone can experience by actively reflecting valuable opinions.
