Prediction market platform Kalshi is partnering with Fox Corporation to supply prediction market data to Fox News, Fox Business Network, Fox Weather and Fox One, blockchain media outlet The Block Crypto reported on April 7 local time. Fox Sports is excluded from the partnership.

Kalshi will embed the data into Fox broadcast and digital content. Working with Fox data and production teams, it will support real-time data visualisations around political, economic, weather and cultural issues. Kalshi has previously signed similar partnerships with CNN and CNBC.

A Kalshi spokesperson said sports data was not included in the partnership for now, while leaving open the possibility of adding it later.

The partnership comes as Kalshi continues legal disputes in several states. Some states are trying to block Kalshi from selling sports-related contracts. The National Football League (NFL) recently asked Kalshi and Polymarket to withdraw some contract products. The National Hockey League (NHL), in contrast, signed multi-year licensing agreements with both Kalshi and Polymarket.

Kalshi has recently been valued at $22 billion and raised more than $1 billion. Kalshi says its products take precedence over state law because it is a federally regulated commodities exchange subject to the Commodity Exchange Act.

Paul Cheesbrough (폴 치즈브로), chief executive of Tubi Media Group, said attaching Kalshi real-time data to Fox One and the Fox News Media network would broaden the viewer experience. Tubi is a Fox Corporation brand.
