DongneAlba steps up bid for employers and part-time job seekers with Saramin synergy

DongneAlba, a local part-time job matching platform operated by Saramin, is stepping up efforts to target both franchise and small business employer customers and part-time job seekers following its merger with Saramin.

DongneAlba has moved to target corporate members by launching a package product optimised for franchise companies that need ongoing hiring, as well as small business owners.

The newly introduced package features simultaneous posting exposure on both DongneAlba and Saramin so strong candidates can be deployed to workplaces quickly.

DongneAlba plans to diversify its product lineup so companies can hire reasonably in line with recruitment scale and frequency. It also plans to upgrade usability for job seekers, broaden its job seeker pool and maximise matching efficiency.

A Saramin official said, "DongneAlba is embedding Saramin's technological capabilities and know-how in operating recruitment platforms across the service." The official added, "Through a fast and convenient user experience that targets both companies and job seekers, we will expand our position in the part-time recruitment market."
