Samsung Electronics signs global partnership for HYBE, BTS world tour 'ARIRANG'

Samsung Electronics on Thursday announced a global partnership with HYBE and will collaborate on BTS WORLD TOUR 'ARIRANG', a comeback concert tour by BTS held worldwide.

Through the partnership, Samsung will share on its social media channels video filmed with the Galaxy S26 Ultra capturing various moments and the atmosphere at large-scale concert venues that audiences find difficult to record.

Samsung will also take part in HYBE’s participation project in concert host cities, 'BTS THE CITY', offering opportunities to enjoy various events with Galaxy devices.

In South Korea, where BTS WORLD TOUR 'ARIRANG' is held first, 'BTS THE CITY ARIRANG SEOUL' will run from March 20 to April 19.

The project is a "city-style play park" in which HYBE, in line with BTS's comeback, offers a wider fan experience by holding various attractions and events around Seoul. Samsung will also participate by running various Galaxy experience programmes.

Among them is a "stamp rally" event that offers small souvenirs to visitors who receive verification stamps after visiting locations across central Seoul. The verified locations include Samsung Gangnam.

Fans who visit Samsung Gangnam can, in addition to QR verification, try making self-stickers using the AI-based "Creative Studio" applied to the Galaxy S26 series. Participants will receive limited-edition merchandise for BTS THE CITY ARIRANG SEOUL.

Seung-eun Choi (최승은), vice president and head of the marketing centre at Samsung’s MX division, said, "Samsung believes technology enriches people's everyday experiences." Jae-sang Lee (이재상), CEO of HYBE, said, "Fans are always the most important presence that creates our music and journey with us," adding, "Through collaboration with Samsung, we hope fans can experience performances more vividly and remember them."
