KT Skylife said on Wednesday it held its 25th annual general meeting at its headquarters in Sangam-dong and appointed Vice President Cho Il (조일) as its new CEO.

The company said it expects Cho to secure management continuity and maximise momentum in driving its business, based on his financial expertise gained as chief financial officer. Cho was appointed an internal director at the shareholders meeting and was then elected CEO at a board meeting held afterwards.

The meeting also confirmed a year-end dividend for 2025 of 350 won per share. The company maintained the same dividend level as the previous year, continuing a shareholder-friendly management stance, even as annual operating profit and net profit returned to the black and subsidiary performance improved. Shareholders also approved other key agenda items including approval of financial statements and the appointment of internal and outside directors.

Cho said he would focus this year on building a stable financial foundation through subscriber growth and improved profitability and on raising the company’s intrinsic value. He said the company would continue responsible management and transparent communication and repay the trust of shareholders and the market with results.
