Lionheart Studio said on March 25 it has conducted advanced artificial intelligence (AI) training for employees, tailored by job function.
The training is an advanced course following AI practical training held in October last year. It ran for about three months from January this year in a mix of online and offline formats to increase use across work.
The programme consists of a practical curriculum that reflects the characteristics of each job group, including planning and tech. Expert instructors from game training institution Develocket and Lionheart Studio employees joined as lecturers to share AI use experience and know-how.
It provided hands-on training so all job groups can use it, including prompt design using AI tools such as Claude and Gemini, workflow creation and sharing code-based development cases. The company also supports learning as needed by sharing recorded sessions across the organisation.
A Lionheart Studio official said the focus was on improving understanding of AI tools and strengthening practical capabilities. The official said it will build an environment where members can grow together through ongoing training.
