SK Shieldus' physical security brand ADT Caps said on Tuesday it has signed an official sponsorship agreement with the Korea Baseball Organization (KBO) for the 2026 KBO League.

The sponsorship was 추진됐다 to spotlight the value of defense on the field and deliver the ADT Caps brand image.

ADT Caps has provided a range of security services including AI CCTV, rapid response security and access security since its establishment in 1971, supporting sites from residential facilities to buildings and stores. Working with the KBO, ADT Caps will roll out daily content called "Caps Play" featuring key defensive scenes of the day. Focusing on scenes selected jointly by the two organizations, it will produce short-form clips of key plays captured during games in under 30 seconds and post them on the KBO's official social media channels.

It will also run "Monthly Caps Play" introducing 1 player who delivers outstanding defense over a month. Focusing on clutch defensive scenes that marked decisive moments that changed the flow of a game, it will decide the winner based on an evaluation by the KBO records committee.

At year-end, it will present the "2026 ADT Caps KBO Defense Award" selecting 9 players by position who stand out for defensive performances across the season. ADT Caps plans to highlight, from multiple angles, the dedication and value of defense that protected teams during the season through a flow running from daily content to monthly and annual awards, and to naturally connect that with the value of security that protects daily life out of sight.
