Dable, an adtech subsidiary of Yanolja, said on Monday it had appointed Han Kyu-ho (한규호) as chief technology officer.
Han is rejoining the company rather than being hired from outside. From 2019, he spent 3 years as lead of Dable’s backend development team, leading the buildout of core technical infrastructure and server stabilisation. He has worked at SK Planet and Tapjoy, gaining platform operations experience across embedded, web, mobile and AI fields, and has a track record of serial entrepreneurship.
Han’s main task is to advance companywide AI capabilities. The plan is to narrow gaps in AI technology across teams and focus resources, secured by automating simple repetitive work, on business performance. The company will also strengthen mentoring and training systems to develop both technical and non-technical staff into “AI professionals”. It will push measures including embedding an AI workflow development culture, job-specific guidelines for using AI, automation of development processes such as code review and deployment, and a system to quantitatively measure and manage AI usage.
“Survival in the AI era depends on how proactively you can innovate the way you work itself,” Han said. “We will speed up service advancement through fundamental improvements.”
