Shinhan Bank said on Sunday it will begin recruiting entry-level bankers for the first half of 2026 from March 23.

The recruitment will be conducted through multiple tracks: open recruitment for entry-level general positions in retail and corporate finance, special hiring for discharged officers under the Nara Sarang programme, rolling recruitment for digital and ICT roles, special hiring for administrative staff, and special hiring for those who passed the second stage of the CPA exam. It will select about 150 hires in total.

In the open recruitment for entry-level general positions in retail and corporate finance, the bank plans to select regional talent for at least 20 percent of the quota.

Through the plan, the bank aims to actively identify strong talent based in regions and strengthen capabilities for region-focused financial services based on an understanding of customers and regions, and to expand the foundation for regions and the bank to grow together.
