[DigitalToday reporter Chi-gyu Hwang (황치규)] TP-Link said on Thursday it officially launched in South Korea the UB600, an ultra-compact nano USB Bluetooth dongle that supports the latest Bluetooth 6.0 standard.

The company said the UB600, with a thumb-nail-sized design and improved wireless connection stability, targets users looking to easily expand Bluetooth capability on desktops and laptops.

The UB600 applies the new Bluetooth 6.0 standard. It is designed to boost transmission speeds by up to 2 times from the previous generation while maintaining stable connections even when multiple devices are connected at the same time. It can connect up to 7 Bluetooth devices simultaneously, allowing users to use PC peripherals such as keyboards, mice, headsets and speakers without interruptions.

The UB600 is priced in the 9,000-won range and supports building a wireless environment even on PCs without Bluetooth.

A TP-Link official said, “The UB600 is a Bluetooth dongle that minimizes size while providing stable connection performance based on the latest Bluetooth 6.0,” adding, “It is suitable for users who need stable wireless connections even in environments where multiple Bluetooth devices such as keyboards, mice and headsets are used at the same time.”
