Coupang Fulfillment Services (CFS) said on March 19 it will hold its first recruitment fair of the year. CFS will hold hiring events in Suwon on March 24 and in Daegu on March 26 to recruit on-site logistics workers and logistics managers.

On March 24, it will hold the job fair at the Gyeonggi Business and Science Accelerator in Yeongtong district, Suwon. About 20 fulfilment centres in the southern Seoul metropolitan area will take part, including those in Gwangju, Gonjiam, Geumwang, Dongtan, Majang, Siheung, Anseong, Yongin, Icheon, Cheonan, Cheongju and Pyeongtaek in Gyeonggi Province.

On March 26, a job fair will be held at the Cheonma Gymnasium of Yeungnam College of Science and Technology in Daegu. Hiring in the Yeungnam region aims to meet increased demand for workers following an expansion of Coupang's Rocket Fresh service. Five fulfilment centres in the Daegu and Gyeongsan areas will take part.

Open positions include inbound, outbound, inventory and returns inspection, forklift operation and on-site logistics managers. The company said it will run the event as a "one-stop recruitment" programme that covers everything from job counselling to on-site interviews in one go for jobseekers' convenience.

Park Soo-hyun (박수현), CFS chief human resources officer, said, "We will hold Coupang Fulfillment Services' first recruitment fair of the year in Suwon and Daegu." He added, "We hope many jobseekers, including young talent, will find stable jobs at Coupang this year as well. We plan to continue holding job fairs in major cities nationwide."
