Hana Bank said on March 19 it will support the 'Seoul small business reassurance account Loan No. 3' for sole proprietors based in Seoul, in cooperation with the Seoul Metropolitan Government and the Seoul Credit Guarantee Foundation.

The support will total 200 billion won. It is open to sole proprietors with a place of business in Seoul and more than 1 year of operating history, who have received a guarantee certificate from the Seoul Credit Guarantee Foundation and whose representative has a NICE credit score of 600 or higher.

The loan limit is up to 10 million won per business, and it can be extended annually for up to 5 years.

The product is provided in the form of an overdraft loan, designed to allow flexible use of funds when needed. The loan limit agreement fee and the unused committed limit fee will be fully waived.

Hana Bank previously ranked first with a 31.6 percent share by loan execution 기준 in the 'Seoul small business reassurance account Loan No. 2', which ran from August to October 2025.

The third loan will also offer additional benefits alongside fast loan disbursement, in-person consultation and flexible screening standards. The bank will cover 50 percent of the guarantee fee incurred when signing an initial new loan agreement, and it will also run an event offering coffee coupons to 1,700 customers who sign a loan agreement after applying in advance.

Applications for guarantee certificates will be accepted from 9 a.m. on March 19 through the Seoul Credit Guarantee Foundation mobile app under a five-day system. Applicants can apply based on the last digit of their birth year on March 19 (1 and 6), March 20 (2 and 7), March 23 (3 and 8), March 24 (4 and 9) and March 25 (5 and 0), and from March 26 applications will be accepted without restrictions.

A Hana Bank official said the product was designed to help, even slightly, ease funding difficulties and secure emergency funds for sole proprietors with places of business in Seoul. The official said the bank will continue to work to support more sole proprietors through a range of products and services.
