AI-based presentation and website creation platform Gamma has added a new image generation tool, TechCrunch reported on March 17.
With the Gamma Imagine feature, users can create brand-tailored marketing materials, social graphics and infographics using text prompts only.
More than 100 templates are currently available. It supports data-driven design work through integrations with ChatGPT, Claude, Make, Zapier, Atlassian, n8n and Superhuman Go.
Gamma CEO Grant Lee (그랜트 리) said that working with early users showed demand for a range of graphic design needs beyond presentations. He stressed that Gamma will use AI to fill gaps in design capabilities between professional tools such as Adobe and Figma and existing tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint.
Gamma raised $68 million in a Series B funding round led by a16z last year. At the time, it posted $100 million in annual recurring revenue and 70 million users. Its user base is recently said to be nearing 100 million.
