Alibaba has unveiled a new agentic AI platform for enterprise customers called Wukong, CNBC reported on March 17.
Wukong lets companies manage multiple AI agents through a single interface and also provides enterprise-grade security features. It supports automation of various tasks including document editing, approvals, drafting meeting minutes and research. It is currently available as an invitation-only test version.
Wukong also integrates with Alibaba Cloud-based communications platform DingTalk. It is also set to integrate with Slack, Microsoft Teams and Tencent WeChat. It will be gradually applied to Alibaba e-commerce platforms such as Taobao and Alipay.
Wukong is handled by the Alibaba Token Hub business group, newly launched for the development and application of AI tokens.
