Gravity said on Feb. 19 it officially released its new turn-based RPG 'Wiseman's World Retry' in global markets.
The game is an HD remaster of the JRPG 'Wiseman's World' released in 2009 by Japanese developer Jaleco.
The company said it kept the original dot-graphics feel while increasing resolution, and added new background music and arrangements to enhance immersion. It also optimized the UI and gameplay, strengthening convenience while carrying on the original's authenticity.
'Wiseman's World Retry' supports multiple platforms including Steam, PlayStation 4 and 5, Nintendo Switch and Xbox One. The price is 32,000 won.
Gravity is running a 10 percent discount event on Steam through March 5 to mark the official release.
Park Jin-on (박진온), a business team manager at Gravity, said, "We improved the overall graphics, sound and UI while keeping the original's feel and core fun." He added, "It will offer nostalgia to existing fans and deliver the fun of a highly complete turn-based RPG to new users."
