Cloud startup Render has raised $100 million in funding at a valuation of $1.5 billion, CNBC reported on Feb. 17.
Founded in San Francisco in 2018, Render provides AI-based cloud infrastructure to software developers and is growing rapidly, CNBC reported.
More than 4.5 million developers use Render tools and revenue growth is above 100 percent, CNBC reported.
Render plans to use the funds to hire technical staff and expand features. It is testing the use of its own servers and expects the move to cut costs and lower service prices.
