Nexon said on March 16 it has wrapped up its first offline event in South Korea for new fantasy world RPG "Azur Promilia", which is being developed by Manju Games. It also said it has begun recruiting participants for a domestic closed beta test (CBT).

"Azur Promilia" took part as the first game company to join the subculture event "ComicWorld" as a main sponsor, offering a chance to engage with local fans. The event was held on March 14-15 at KINTEX in Ilsan, with about 70,000 fans visiting over two days.

The venue featured interactive programmes such as a "drawing wall" where visitors could leave messages freely and a "peel-off wall" where removing items one by one revealed hidden official illustrations. Stage events included a cosplay show featuring performances highlighting each character's appeal, and a drawing show by popular illustrator "Reva", among other programmes.

"Azur Promilia" will now recruit participants for its domestic CBT. The test will be available on PC (Windows) and mobile (Android), and applications can be submitted through the official website until April 24. Anyone aged 15 or older can apply, and successful participants will be announced through a draw.

Choi Sung-wook (최성욱), head of Nexon's Publishing Live Division, said, "We are deeply grateful to the fans who sent such enthusiastic support for the first offline event for 'Azur Promilia'." He added, "We ask for your interest and participation in this domestic closed beta test recruitment as well, and we will do our best to live up to the expectations of the fans we saw on site."
