Toss Bank said on Thursday it will operate its customer service centre 24 hours a day during this year’s Lunar New Year holiday period.

The Toss Bank customer service centre provides real-time support for routine inquiries and for receiving reports of financial fraud such as voice phishing. It said it will maintain its response system so customers can use financial services without inconvenience during the holiday.

The customer service centre will operate 24 hours a day throughout the Lunar New Year holiday. Customers can make inquiries through one-on-one chat in the Toss app, KakaoTalk and by phone. If in-person consultation is needed, Toss Bank Lounge will resume normal operations after the holiday.

A Toss Bank official said, "We will operate the customer service centre 24 hours a day during the Lunar New Year holiday so customers can handle necessary financial tasks without inconvenience and quickly report financial fraud 피해 as well."
