Com2uS Holdings said it sharply reduced the scale of its losses last year through management efficiency measures. This year it plans a full-fledged rebound through new game launches and an expansion of its platform business.
On Feb. 12, Com2uS Holdings disclosed that in 2025 it posted 97.1 billion won in annual consolidated revenue, an operating loss of 8.7 billion won and net profit of 35.6 billion won.
Annual revenue fell 35 percent from a year earlier, but the operating loss narrowed 82.8 percent from 50.6 billion won, improving profitability. Net profit came in at 35.6 billion won, returning to the black.
Fourth-quarter results showed a clear recovery. Fourth-quarter revenue was 25.8 billion won, operating profit was 600 million won and net profit was 53.7 billion won. From a year earlier, revenue rose 27.2 percent and both operating profit and net profit turned positive.
The strong fourth-quarter performance was helped by its flagship title "Soul Strike," the impact of a collaboration with band QWER, and improved investment gains and losses from affiliates.
Com2uS Holdings plans to accelerate performance improvements this year by releasing 8 new titles across various genres.
In the first quarter, it will roll out the puzzle game "Pawpop Match," the collectible RPG "Star Sailor" and the hybrid puzzle game "ColorSweeper." In the second half, it will target global markets with the MMORPG sequel to "TALION," "Project V" (tentative), and the action MMORPG "Ares Global" (tentative). It also plans to sequentially release the PC and console side-scrolling action title "Lone Chef," the mobile defense game "Project D" (tentative), and the running racing game "Udadang Runners."
Its subsidiary Com2us Platform will pursue an expansion of its B2B2B business based on its game backend service "Hive." Its blockchain unit plans to focus on infrastructure building and real-world asset tokenisation (RWA) projects as a partner of the XPLA mainnet.
