NHN KCP, a payment services company, said on Wednesday it posted 1.23 trillion won in 2025 consolidated revenue and 54.7 billion won in operating profit. Revenue rose 12 percent from a year earlier and operating profit gained 25 percent.
Annual transaction value, a measure of scale for payment infrastructure companies, topped 51.5 trillion won, opening an era of 50 trillion won in annual transaction value.
Annual revenue in its online business unit came to 1.11 trillion won, showing a structural shift in which growth across its business portfolio directly translated into results.
Revenue in the offline payment unit also reached 109.7 billion won last year, up 96 percent from a year earlier, helped by strong sales at major merchants including its subsidiary Korea Credit Card Payment (KOCES).
Offline operating profit came to 3.0 billion won last year, turning positive from an operating loss of 600 million won a year earlier, becoming a turning point for improving companywide profitability.
Jun-seok Park (박준석), CEO of NHN KCP, said the company will focus its capabilities on expanding global payment infrastructure based on AI agents such as AI and AP2, backed by partnerships with global big tech companies and its payment competitiveness. He said it will continue to enhance corporate value as a "First Mover" leading changes in the industrial paradigm.
