Palantir said it is still using Anthropic's AI model Claude. Palantir is maintaining the AI integration even though Anthropic has been placed on a U.S. Defense Department blacklist.

CNBC reported on March 12 that Alex Karp (알렉스 카프), Palantir's CEO, said, "The U.S. Defense Department plans to phase Anthropic out, but there has been no change so far."

CNBC said Palantir continues to use Anthropic AI and left open the possibility of integrating with other large language models.
