Cafe24 said on Tuesday it has officially launched its premium marketing service, 'Cafe24 Pro (PRO) Marketing'.

The company said the launch will allow early-stage founders and small business owners, who lack marketing expertise or staff and have been unable to start advertising, to experience structured ad operations without barriers to entry.

Pro Marketing is a managed advertising service that fully handles the entire ad operation process, from selecting marketing programs to producing ad materials, choosing media, allocating budgets and managing performance. Using it, early founders and small business owners who do not yet have marketing knowledge or the ability to produce ad creatives can focus on running their brands without marketing worries.

Cafe24 said Pro Marketing significantly streamlines complex procedures in existing marketing services. It used methods such as continuously talking with marketers to review materials or adjust budgets. The system directly analyzes each brand’s actual sales data and automatically runs the full marketing process in the most advantageous way. It can also significantly improve business efficiency for online merchants.

The Pro Marketing system analyzes each brand store’s actual sales data and click-through rates, automatically selects products with strong performance and produces ad creatives suited to those products. It supports six major ad platforms: Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, Naver, Kakao Moment, TikTok and Criteo, and immediately applies strategies and targeting verified by industry. It carries out real-time optimization, such as automatically excluding out-of-stock items from ads and filtering low-performing materials daily to replace them with new creatives.

It also significantly lowers barriers to entry for marketing. Any online merchant with monthly ad spending of at least 330,000 won can use the Pro Marketing service. In many cases, signing a contract with an ad agency generally requires monthly ad spending to exceed a certain level. Cafe24 Pro customers can apply for the service on the store admin page.

It also enables structured performance management. It lets merchants see the status at a glance without separately compiling ad results. The system automatically monitors marketing performance and periodically sends customized performance reports. It also provides notifications on overall ad operations, including key progress, budget changes and settlement guidance, to help merchants track marketing status in real time and operate stably.

Cafe24 has run a pilot of the service since December last year. The company said about 100 brands applied during the period. It said it moved to an official launch after upgrading the service based on market demand and operating data confirmed during the pilot.

The company said many brands have also delivered actual results. Children's clothing brand Muchamuchattio significantly improved advertising operating efficiency after adopting Pro Marketing.

Son Ha-jung (손하정), chief executive of Muchamuchattio, said, "Previously we operated ads ourselves, but we did not have marketing knowledge so we could not produce clear results." Son said, "After adopting Pro Marketing, high-quality ad creatives are automatically produced using only the product images we have, and even actual operations are systematically managed, reducing the marketing burden and allowing us to focus fully on running the brand."

A dessert brand delivered results by operating in a way that reduced ad fatigue. It produced ad creatives based on product detail pages to highlight key messages and diversified images, copy and composition. Immediately after adopting the Pro Marketing service, return on ad spend (ROAS) rose 54 percent from before.

Another beauty brand shifted away from advertising focused on its flagship products and ran ads by selecting high-potential items based on store data analysis of sales volume, click-through rates and conversion rates. As a result, the number of buyers grew 64.5 percent and brand sales rose 84.9 percent.

Cafe24 said it plans to keep advancing marketing services tailored to the growth stage of online merchants and support them so they can focus on core business areas and further strengthen competitiveness.

Lee Jae-seok (이재석), chief executive of Cafe24, said, "We launched this service to support online merchants who have good products and ideas but may miss growth opportunities due to barriers to entry for marketing." Lee said, "We will continue to create an environment where anyone can easily start effective data-based advertising, regardless of business size or marketing experience."
