AI coding startup Lovable recorded $100 million in revenue in February, taking annual recurring revenue above $1 billion, TechCrunch reported on March 11.

Lovable, headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, provides a “vibe coding” tool that allows non-developers to build websites and apps using natural language. It has secured a user base of 8 million in 3 years. It has won Klarna and HubSpot as corporate customers.

Lovable recently highlighted that non-developers can easily build apps through its “Earworm” campaign. The campaign, which included participation by Swedish band Boko Yout, shows in real time the process of users developing apps using Lovable. Sarah Wynn-Williams (사라 윈-윌리엄스), who oversees marketing, said, “We wanted to show that people without a technical background can express their creativity through Lovable.”

Founder and CEO Anton Osika (안톤 오시카) previously said at last year’s Web Summit that more than half of Fortune 500 companies use Lovable.

Lovable is expanding its platform to attract corporate customers by strengthening security features and moving beyond prototyping to support practical product development.
