Yanolja Cloud Solution (Yanolja Cloud Solution, 이하 YCS), an affiliate of travel tech company Yanolja Enterprise's enterprise solutions business, held the global conference THRIVE 2026 in New Delhi, India, to discuss digital transformation in the hotel industry and AI-based operational innovation.

The event, held on the 27th, was themed "innovation and change in the global hotel industry."

YCS highlighted a paradigm shift away from existing fragmented, standalone operating systems to a structure that integrates and manages operations and data on a single platform. It introduced practical AI technology cases applicable in the field, such as automated customer responses using AI agents and messenger-based check-in automation, and presented practical solutions to maximise operational efficiency and cut costs.

YCS also unveiled its enterprise technology roadmap. It introduced core solutions spanning global markets, including a smart distribution strategy, links to a B2B marketplace, customer experience (UX) design to optimise booking conversion rates, and API-based integrated data management.

A Yanolja Cloud Solution official said, "The hotel industry is rapidly shifting toward integrating multiple operating systems and data into a single platform, while using AI technology to raise both operational efficiency and customer experience," adding, "We plan to continue working with global hotel companies to build a next-generation hotel operating environment based on technology and data."
