Yulchon, SAS Korea and blockchain technology company Lambda256 signed a three-way memorandum of understanding to respond proactively to institutional changes surrounding the stablecoin and digital asset markets, the companies said on Tuesday.
The three signed the MOU to form a strategic consultative body to respond to stablecoin and digital asset regulation and decided to step up cooperation across related areas.
The agreement was 추진됐다 to support financial institutions and companies in responding to regulatory changes in a more stable and systematic way by combining expertise in law, data analysis and blockchain technology, as the global digital asset regulatory environment is being rapidly put in place.
Yulchon plans to present directions for institutional responses based on legal and institutional expertise, including interpretation of digital asset regulations, governance design and policy advisory. SAS Korea plans to support the advancement of risk management systems through AI-based data analysis and financial crime response solutions. Lambda256 will provide a technical foundation based on core blockchain technologies such as on-chain and off-chain data intelligence and an integrated anti-money laundering engine.
The three plan to build a joint response system covering key legal and regulatory issues, including anti-money laundering, financial crime response, internal controls, risk management, legal structuring related to service development and provision, and other areas related to stablecoins and digital assets.
