[DigitalToday reporter Chi-gyu Hwang] OpenAI has unveiled a new dynamic visualisation feature for ChatGPT, TechCrunch reported on March 10 local time.
Users can manipulate variables and check results in real time instead of receiving explanations of math and science concepts only in text. For example, when exploring the Pythagorean theorem, adjusting the length of a triangle’s sides immediately updates the length of the hypotenuse.
The feature currently supports more than 70 topics. When users type questions into ChatGPT such as “What is the lens equation?” or “How do you find the area of a circle?”, it provides an interactive module designed for visual understanding.
OpenAI is expanding its AI-based education features, adding QuizGPT, a quiz-generation function, and a learning mode that supports step-by-step problem solving.
