Nexth has onboarded Crazy Mind's action RPG 'Dungeon Cross-Relic Hunter' (Dungeon Cross) onto its onchain game platform CROSS.
Dungeon Cross features pixel graphics and action centered on manual controls, Nexth said on Monday. It said users can enjoy farming by exploring dungeons and collecting items, and experience manual-control action through player-versus-player (PvP) content.
Dungeon Cross will be operated by actively using the onchain platform functions provided by CROSS. It will issue multi-game tokens using the 'CROSS Lamp' and allow users to trade in-game currencies they want. Users can also carry out quests through 'CROSS Play' and earn in-game achievements and additional rewards. On the onchain streaming platform 'CROSS Wave', streamers on YouTube and TikTok worldwide will broadcast the game and receive performance-based rewards. Paid item purchases will also be available through 'CROSS Shop' and 'CROSS Pay'.
The game will launch simultaneously on Huawei AppGallery, which has more than 730 million monthly active users, as well as Google Play and Apple's App Store, expanding touchpoints with global users. Nexth said it has released the 'CROSSx' wallet in Android application package (APK) form for Huawei users so services can be used smoothly in that environment as well.
Crazy Mind CEO Moon-hae Park (박문해) said, "Through Nexth's onchain platform CROSS, we have secured the optimal foothold to target the global market," adding, "We will deliver to users worldwide Dungeon Cross' own deep fun and a distinctive play experience combined with blockchain."
Nexth CEO Hyun-kuk Jang (장현국) said, "We implemented it so game users can experience the economic activities they want both inside and outside the game," adding, "This will further raise the game's potential for success and its level of completeness."
