NC AI said on Feb. 9 it signed a business agreement with Communication and Culture to produce content and improve work efficiency using artificial intelligence (AI) technology.
The agreement was set up to identify AI use cases and verify actual business models, taking into account fashion market trends and the marketing environment. It aims to improve efficiency and strengthen competitiveness across marketing, from content production to performance analysis.
Communication and Culture is a company that has achieved cumulative sales of 150 billion won based on direct-to-consumer (D2C) business for fashion and lifestyle consumers. It operates the AI marketing agent LeadUp based on data from 600,000 cumulative members and marketing capabilities.
Under the agreement, the companies will pursue wide-ranging cooperation, including identifying use cases for AI-based marketing and business content production and jointly verifying the quality, efficiency and practical applicability of AI content.
NC AI will deploy its in-house service Varco Art Fashion for the cooperation. It is a solution with image generation and design support functions specialised for the fashion industry. The companies plan to produce product lookbooks and social media advertising using key functions such as high-resolution image generation and virtual model compositing, and to establish guidelines optimised for the commerce environment.
Sujin Lim (임수진), NC AI's chief business officer, said, "We are applying AI based on actual work in the field," adding, "We will create demonstrative cases that naturally integrate AI into fashion industry content production and marketing overall."
