Apartment interior specialist Apartmentary said on Tuesday it has revamped its management structure on its 11th anniversary and appointed co-CEO Kim Jun-young (김준영) as sole chief executive.

The company said the reshuffle was intended to clearly separate the roles of vision and strategy from those of execution and management to match the organisation's growth stage.

Founder Yoon So-yeon (윤소연) will change her role to chief vision officer (CVO) and focus on designing the company’s future, including brand vision, mid- to long-term strategy and the direction of new global businesses. Kim will oversee company-wide management and operations and plans to strengthen the execution system as a professional manager.

Apartmentary also appointed director Oh Soo-hoon (오수훈) as vice president. Oh, who joined in 2023, has served as CFO and COO, overseeing the remodeling business division and playing a key role in organisational operations and business expansion. He will expand his responsibilities to cover new businesses and global strategy as well as finance and investment.

Kim, Apartmentary's CEO, said, "Apartmentary has now moved beyond its startup phase and entered a stage as a company with a proven business model and organisational culture." He said, "Based on the customer-centric DNA we have built day by day, we will not swing with short-term results and will create high-quality operations and sustainable growth."

Yoon, Apartmentary's CVO, said, "This transition is a strategic division of roles to make Apartmentary a brand trusted for a long time." She said, "Building on the positive response in the Hong Kong market, we will expand the standards of Korean-style residential renovation built over the past 10 years into a global standard, using major advanced markets such as New York and Singapore as hubs."
