Neptune disclosed on Wednesday that it posted 2025 consolidated revenue of 121.3 billion won and operating profit of 2.41 billion won.

By business segment, adtech revenue rose 3.1 percent from a year earlier. Ad transaction volume also increased 2.2 percent to 58.64 billion won. AdX and AdPie maintained solid performance despite uncertain market conditions and have established themselves as stable sources of profit.

Other revenue, including enterprise chat solution KlaT and marketing business Remake, came to 8.1 billion won, up 16.2 percent from a year earlier.

In games, subsidiary Tripla led growth. Focusing on the hybrid casual genre, it achieved cumulative revenue of 52.2 billion won. That was up 3.1 percent from a year earlier. Operating profit rose 6.3 percent to 6.37 billion won. Nimble Neuron’s Eternal Return fell short of expectations in China, but has shown a rebound in the domestic market since a Guilty Gear collaboration.

Neptune will focus its capabilities this year on entering India’s adtech market and its hybrid casual game business. It plans to target the Indian market using local assets of parent company Krafton. To do so, it will complete the establishment of an Indian unit in the first half and apply it to major games from the second half.

It will also strengthen its game publishing business. Starting in March, it will hold a global contest together with Krafton as it moves to expand hybrid casual games.

In the first half, it will sequentially launch 16 new titles through its key subsidiaries. Playhard will unveil 3 new titles, while Tripla plans to present more than 5 games. Phantom is preparing to release the casual RPG “Unsujoeunnal” through global publisher Habi. Ncroky and EK Games’ Prettybusy will also roll out their first-half new title lineups at the same time.

Neptune CEO Yul-bin Kang (강율빈) said, "Last year, we focused on establishing a mid- to long-term growth strategy through close communication with Krafton." He added, "This year, we will 추진 step by step our entry into India’s adtech market and the game publishing business to lay the groundwork for growing into a full-stack adtech company."
