Career platform Saramin said on Tuesday it has fully revamped its entry-level and intern services to reduce information gaps for new jobseekers and improve hiring success rates.
The company said the key to the overhaul is an evolution beyond personalisation that finds suitable postings by analysing user behaviour patterns, into an AI agent that proactively supports the entire job-search process.
Saramin said it is moving away from simply listing job-posting information. It said its strategy is to provide curation tailored to each jobseeker's major and job preferences, while also offering close support for application documents and interview preparation, creating an experience like having a dedicated employment manager.
A Saramin official said what entry-level jobseekers find most difficult is the sense of being at a loss amid vast information when trying to find a path that fits them and make up for shortcomings. The official said the overhaul will help Saramin firmly establish itself as an AI employment agent that most intelligently supports the entire journey from starting a job search to final acceptance.
