NH Nonghyup Bank said on March 3 it will run a financial product sign-up event for youth customers from March 3 to April 30 to mark the start of a new school term.

The event, titled “Teens-only back-to-school checklist,” automatically enters eligible customers during the period when elementary, middle and high school students sign up on the NH Financial Group’s main platform, NH All One Bank, for demand deposits or installment savings and time deposits.

A lottery will give 1,000 people a 10,000-won Olive Young voucher. Customers who sign up for both a demand deposit and an installment savings or time deposit product can receive an additional 10,000-won voucher.

Parents with children under the age of 14 can also take part in the event. If a parent uses NH All One Bank’s “Our Child Account Opening” service to sign up for a financial product in the child’s name, it is included as an eligible entry.

A Nonghyup Bank official said the bank prepared the event to provide benefits to youth customers who experience finance for the first time at the start of the new school term. The official said it will expand services and events tailored to customers’ life stages, including teens and parents.
