CJ Freshway said on March 3 it will launch new spring menus at leisure and concession food and beverage facilities such as golf courses, highway rest areas and hospitals.
The company said the leisure and concession segment posted an average annual revenue growth rate of 11 percent over the past three years. It expects growth to continue this year, influenced by factors including an increase in tourists. The company plans to raise visitor satisfaction with unusual menus tailored to each site concept and customer-participation events.
At golf course restaurants, it launched new menus under the concept of "Gourmet Garden". It will run a mobile stamp event for group customers. The promotion offers food and beverage benefits based on customers' use of food and beverage facilities at golf courses. The event runs through the end of this year.
At the food courts it operates at rest areas and hospitals, "Gourmet Bridge" and "Food O'Clock", it will introduce new menus that highlight the colors of seasonal spring ingredients.
A CJ Freshway official said, "We are developing new menus to provide customers who visit our stores with a special gourmet experience," adding, "We will continue to strengthen business competitiveness by providing differentiated products and services to raise customer satisfaction."
