Korea Investment & Securities said on Sunday it will hold the “2026 Hantu Battle” live investing competition every month starting in February.
The “2026 Hantu Battle” allows participants to apply on a rolling basis each month and join at their preferred time. The first competition will run from Feb. 2 to March 27, and advance registration opens on Sunday.
The company said it has strengthened competitiveness by awarding the first-place winner in the 100 million won league 10 don of pure gold in addition to the base prize of 5 million won.
“Through the monthly competition structure, we will provide more customers with real-world investing experience and opportunities to take on a challenge,” said Kim Do-hyun, head of the retail customer group at Korea Investment & Securities. “By combining investment with fun elements, we will continue to raise customer participation and engagement.”
